Creating multiple accounts under the same identity ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, all of them will be closed.

Transactions on s99 can be made via mobile banking, bank transfer, or approved electronic wallets.

Deposit Terms:

• Minimum deposit amount is BDT 500.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• Deposits must be made from your own account. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Funds from fraudulent or illegal sources will not be accepted.

Withdrawal Terms:

• KYC verification must be completed before withdrawals can be processed.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Processing time: Regular members — 12-24 hours; VIP members — 5 minutes to 2 hours depending on tier.
• S99 reserves the right to review and verify any suspicious withdrawal requests.

General bonus terms:

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. The specified rollover (wagering) requirements must be met first.

• Claiming multiple bonuses from the same household, IP address, or device is prohibited.
• Withdrawing before the bonus rollover is completed will result in the bonus being cancelled.
• S99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

Cashback bonuses are credited directly to your wallet and generally carry no rollover requirement. However, specific cashback promotions may list separate terms on their respective pages.

The following rules must be observed when betting or playing games on s99:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• S99 reserves the right to void any bet placed at abnormal odds or with irregular payouts resulting from a technical error.
• Odds may change during a live event. The odds at the moment the bet is placed are final.
• Winnings resulting from a software bug or technical error in any game will not be honored.
• If a Sports Betting event is cancelled, the bet will be refunded.
• Betting limits vary by game or event. Higher limits apply for VIP members.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on s99 and may result in permanent account closure:

• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal activity.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated tools.
• Forming a syndicate to exploit bonus offers as a group.
• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity or under different identities.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts.
• Threatening or harassing platform staff.
• Placing bets on behalf of a third party or using their funds.
